Recovery Juice

This is the perfect post Thanksgiving juice to make. Has lots of ginger in case your digestive system is mad at you. It has celery and parsley to balance out your sodium and help with ploating, just in case there was excess of salt, fat or alcohol on Thanksgiving. And it has garlic in case you were exposed to anyone’s colds.

12 or more Kale leaves
1 lemon
2 stalks celery
Handful parsley
2 inch piece of garlic
1 clove garlic
2 apples, cored

Put all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy! Be well!
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings
