Homemade Salsa

Make your own salsa in a flash. Do you have some extra tomatoes around now that summer is coming to an end and all the tomatoes and peppers are ripe?

It is so easy to make your own salsa that there really is no excuse not to. You can just pop all the ingredients into the food processor or blender and poof it’s done in seconds!

Here is what I had around that I made salsa with.

Fresh Salsa Ingredients12 tomatoes

2 cloves garlic

2 chili peppers, deseeded depending on heat

juice of 1 lemon or lime

1/4 red onion or green onions

Handful cilantro

Sea Salt to taste

Put all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend and taste, adjust seasonings.
