Coconut Milk Strawberry Ice Cream (vegan)
We got an ice cream maker last year for our wedding. My husband loves icecream and is always begging me to use it. It’s very cute!
This was our 4th of July treat, what a perfect day for homemade ice cream.
I put a link to the inspiration for this ice cream… I changed it of course.
I just put all the ingredients in the blender to make the base.
1 can (5.46 oz.) Full fat coconut milk (this is the tiny can just to add some body to the ice cream)
Vanilla Soy Delicious to make 4 cups total liquid with the canned coconut milk
1 cup strawberries chopped
1/4 cup organic sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Chill base. Then make ice cream according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.
