If I had to choose 7 yoga poses to do every day this would be them. You will often find me doing these at the end of the day to stretch my back and legs out if I wasn’t able to make it to yoga.

Stretched the hamstrings that get tight from sitting all day

Downward Dog great for hamstrings, calves and low back

This pose is actually very challenging for me. Wonderful for the lower back

Great pose for the hips

Triangle stretches and strengthens legs, hips and low back

This exercise is wonderful first thing in the morning

A simple stretch for hamstrings and low back you can do almost anywhere

For a gentle back bend go just to your elbows
