Good Morning Juice

It’s a beautiful spring morning. This is the delicious juice we started today off with.

I’m inspired by fit life tv here is his detox juice a good example of how to juice similar to what I made this morning.

3 small beets

2 celery stalks

2 carrots

1/3 bunch kale

1/2 bunch parsley

2 small apples (cored)

1 lemon (yellow rind removed)

1 inch piece ginger

1 small cucumber

Run through juicer makes 2 servings or 1 big serving, start the day with a big boost of nutrition!
