Magic Salad Dressing

I put this stuff on everything. I had an old roommate who named it “liquid crack”. It is similar to Goddess dressing but super easy to make at home in your blender.

Great on salad of course or steamed vegis or rice or quinoa or leftover pasta or anything that needs some extra flavor!

Pour all ingredients into blender:

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup Braggs liquid aminos

1/4 cup olive oil

2 Tbs. tahini (the roasted flavor tastes best but raw is healthier)

2 Tbs. Nutritional Yeast

1 clove garlic crushed

1-2 tsp. honey or agave (may have to add more I like it heavy on vinegar)

a few shakes salt free herb seasoning to taste

fresh ground pepper

optional handful fresh herbs parsley, cilantro or thyme

Blend all ingredients together store in a jar in the fridge enjoy liberally.
