Foam Roller Exercise for Calf

This is a great way to work out the tight spots in the calves from standing, running or wearing high heeled shoes.

Helps to prevent plantar fasciitis in the feet also.

When you find a sore spot that is when you hold the spot and wait for it to release.

You are working the Gastrocnemius and Soleus muscles that attach to the Achilles tendon

This makes me think of what my Physical Therapist told me to do for my trapezius muscles. I duct taped two tennis balls together, then lay on them, positioned on either side of my spine and also under my neck. It’s amazing for that release you talk about!
